Delta Air Lines bi-weekly fare emails focus on destination inspiration and capturing travel demand with live pricing for priority destinations. By utilizing inspirational, unique and differentiating copy, I’ve generated over $10.5 million in organic revenue and over 5.7 million unique site visitors.
The Ask:
Create dedicated athlete spotlight content to tell the inspiring individual and collective stories of Delta's Paris 2024 Olympic Athlete Ambassadors—both for external distribution (e.g. in-flight entertainment and social media) and internal distribution to Delta employees. By doing so, we can inspire the world through telling the athletes’ stories of optimism (in the face of adversity) and the people that have helped them to reach their potential.

The Ask:
Position Delta as a leading purpose brand and the airline of choice for Black women travelers at the 30th Essence Festival of Culture with an airport and festival activation.
I crafted traveler personas and copy that cultivated a connection with Black women through shared values, passion points and interests.
The activation empowered Black women to fulfill their potential without limitations or barriers and strengthened the value of the Delta brand by offering inclusive experiences during a key cultural moment.

Delta Airlines is a global airline leader in safety, reliability and customer experience with an annual revenue of $41 billion.
Understanding that Delta customers crave relatable social media travel content, I created engaging, personality driven, and inspirational text-only tweets that incorporated cultural references and customer truths around travel destinations, Delta Airlines snack offerings, and Delta Studio features.
Zara is a Spanish-based apparel retailer specializing in clothing, accessories, shoes, swimwear, and beauty.
ZARA digital + social post focused on conveying ZARA’s brand personality. The post was created to increase the awareness of a product release (multicolored platforms), build ZARA’s following and increase sales through more engagement.

The purpose of this brand guideline was to highlight the brand persona range and inform and engage potential customers of the benefits and amenities offered through the studio and photography services.
